Thirty-three new teachers will join the Montville Township Public Schools district for the 2025-2026 academic year. Thirty of them were able to attend the launch of the district’s three-day New Teacher Orientation on Wednesday, August 20, 2025. The New MTPS educators will support the district’s pre-k to grade 12 students at every level of education, across all seven district schools in a wide variety of subject areas. Nearly 3,525 students are registered to attend MTPS’ first day of school on Wednesday, August 27.

Disney’s FROZEN JR. will be performed at Valley View Elementary School on Friday, August 15 and Saturday, August 16, 2025. This family-friendly production is directed by renowned music teacher Jordan Green, and features Montville Township Public Schools students in grades 4 through 11. Tickets are $10 for adults and $8 for children.

A six-week musical theatre camp for students who are ages 10 to 16 will be held during summer 2025 at Montville Township High School in Montville Township, New Jersey. There is no limit to how many individuals may be recognized. Each rose and message will be delivered directly to educators on Tuesday, June 10, 2025, just in time to close out the school year with a smile.
