Band-on-the-Road! #MTHS musicians took their show to all 5 elementary schools on 6/7! To introduce 3rd graders to each of the instruments, they played a short concert! Orchestra & band teachers Andrew Havington & Ellis Jasenovic organized the trip. Students begin musical instrument instruction in 4th grade. #MTPS is a NATIONALLY RECOGNIZED DISTRICT FOR OUTSTANDING MUSIC EDUCATION -- 8 years in a row!
