A six-week musical theatre camp for students who are ages 10 to 16 will be held during summer 2025 at Montville Township High School in Montville Township, New Jersey.

The theatrical event is hosted by Montville Township Public Schools [MTPS] MEDLC Enrichment Program, and will feature Disney’s “Frozen, Jr.” The deadline to register to audition is Thursday, May 15, 2025. Auditions will be held at Robert R. Lazar Middle School on Saturday, June 7.

The MEDLC Enrichment Program (MEDLC Enrichment- Montville Extended Day Learning Center Enrichment) is a popular MTPS program that is held at various times throughout the year. MEDLC Enrichment is a division of the MTPS district’s MEDLC Aftercare program.

The summer 2025 MEDLC Musical Theatre Camp is open to all 10 to 16 year-olds.

MTPS music teacher Jordan Green will direct the MEDLC Enrichment Summer Theatre Camp production of Disney’s “Frozen, Jr.” Green is an integral part of the outstanding creative team that produces the acclaimed theatrical productions each year at Robert R. Lazar Middle School. Other members of that creative team will include co-director Timothy Faherty and Choreographer Ashlee Tancredi.

The MEDLC Enrichment Summer Theatre Camp will run Monday through Thursday, from 3:00 to 6:30 p.m., from July 7 through August 13. A mandatory musical theatre tech week will also take place. Tech week will require additional time, and all campers will be expected to attend all sessions during tech week.  Performances of Disney’s  “Frozen, Jr.” will be held Thursday, Friday and Saturday, August 14, 15 and 16.

The cost per student is $750 for the six-week program.

The Audition Registration deadline is May 15. The on-line registration forms must be completed by that date. There are a limited number of spaces available to the 2025 MEDLC Enrichment Summer Theatre Camp program.
