Montville Township High School is proud to recognize Amy Zhang as Valedictorian and Anisha Mulinti as Salutatorian of the Class of 2026. These two exceptional students have distinguished themselves through outstanding academic achievement, leadership, and commitment to their school and community.
Amy Zhang – Valedictorian
Amy will attend Dartmouth College, where she plans to study Economics and Biological Sciences. Known for her outstanding intellect, kindness, and composure, Amy has pursued one of the most rigorous academic programs offered at MTHS, demonstrating exceptional intellectual curiosity.
A passionate researcher, Amy conducted extensive work in Research in Molecular Biology. Her independent research on novel plant proteins has been published on two occasions by the National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI), a distinction that reflects both her dedication and scientific rigor.
Outside the classroom, Amy is an active contributor to the MTHS community. She serves as president of the Speech and Debate Team, vice president of FBLA, vice president of competition for DECA, and president of the National Honor Society. In recognition of her excellence in both academics and extracurricular achievement, she received the prestigious Academic All-American Award from the National Speech & Debate Association, which honors students who demonstrate exceptional achievement in academics, leadership, and character.

Anisha Mulinti – Salutatorian
Anisha will attend the University of Pennsylvania, where she plans to pursue a dual-degree program in Computer Science and Finance through the Wharton School. Throughout her high school career, she has demonstrated exceptional academic strength, particularly in the areas of engineering, technology, and research.
Her passion for STEM learning has led to remarkable opportunities beyond the classroom. Anisha participated in Columbia University's prestigious Science Honors Program and, following her experience at the Governor's School, presented at the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) Undergraduate Research Technology Conference (URTC) at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. She further expanded her real-world experience through a highly selective high school internship program with NASA at the University of Texas at Austin.
At MTHS, Anisha has been a leader in the school community. She serves as captain of the Robotics Team, president of FBLA, president of Key Club, vice president of the Cultural Diversity Club, and a member of the Speech and Debate Team. In addition, she was selected as a UNICEF Champion for Key Club, demonstrating her commitment to service and global citizenship.
