Mr. Doug Stech is our school counselor at Woodmont.  His role is to provide support to students, staff and families to help our students have the best possible school experience.  This includes individual counseling of students regarding things that impact their school experience, teaching classroom lessons that help students understand their own feelings and form healthy relationships with others in our school community, and supporting teachers in getting students additional help they may need.  He is also happy to support our Woodmont parents in their efforts to give their child the best possible experience at Woodmont.
