District Goals
2025-2026
Goal 1: The District will foster a dynamic learning environment that promotes creativity, innovation, and differentiation through rigorous, real-world instruction and ongoing exploration of new opportunities to support all students in reaching their highest potential.
Goal 2: The District will promote a healthy and balanced school environment by fostering student well-being, strengthening school climate, and using data-informed policies and practices that support engagement and mental health.
Goal 3: The District will exercise transparent, strategic, and fiscally responsible stewardship to continue to provide student opportunities in the face of statewide fiscal challenges, and continue to research and implement sources of revenue and efficiencies to secure adequate funding of future school budgets.
Goal 4: The District will continue to maintain the District’s facilities and infrastructure, and implement the Long-Range Facility Plan.
2024-2025
Goal 1: The District will continue to implement, enhance, and evaluate ways to address mental health issues as necessary.
Goal 2: The District will continue to explore and evaluate innovative learning opportunities for all students.
Goal 3: The District will continue to evaluate the safety and security protocols of the District.
Goal 4: The District will continue to monitor the completion of the current construction projects, evaluate the District’s facilities, and update the Long-Range Facility Plan.

Goal 1: The District will implement, enhance, and evaluate ways to address mental health issues as necessary.
Goal 2: The District will monitor the completion of the current construction projects, evaluate the District’s facilities, and update the Long-Range Facility Plan.
Goal 3: The District will examine and evaluate learning acceleration opportunities for all students.
Goal 4: The District will evaluate the safety and security protocols of the District.
Goal 5: The District will monitor the enrollment projections and evaluate the demographic study to possibly update the Long-Range Enrollment Plan.
2021-2022
Goal 1: To undertake a five-year demographic study for the period 2021-2022 through 2026-2027.
Goal 2: To successfully complete the current facility upgrades and ESIP projects for the 2021-2022 school year.
Goal 3: To implement a plan to promote academic acceleration and learning retention to address the impact of the pandemic.
Goal 4: To continue and enhance the district's focus on mindfulness and mental health through a variety of programs and strategies.
