Hello! My name is Britany Bucci, and I am proud to be Hilldale Elementary School's counselor for over 15 years. My goal is to work closely with students, staff, and families to create a positive and supportive environment where every child can thrive.

At Hilldale, Character Education is a key part of our school culture. Each month, I visit classrooms to engage students in lessons on important topics like respect, responsibility, goal setting, and perseverance. These sessions help build strong foundations for personal growth and success.

In addition to classroom lessons, I provide individual and small group support to students. These sessions focus on developing social skills, managing anxiety, building friendships, and learning to navigate emotions and challenging situations.
