The 2ndFloor Youth Helpline is a confidential and anonymous helpline for New Jersey's youth and young adults. They are available to help you find solutions to the problems that you face and  are reachable 24/7, 365 days a year. Call or text 888-222-2228.

The Crisis Text Line, which can be reached by texting “HOME” to 741741. It’s 24/7, free, and confidential. A live, trained volunteer Crisis Counselor receives the text and responds, all from a secure online platform. The volunteer Crisis Counselor will help you move from a hot moment to a cool calm.

Teen Connect is a non-crisis mental health support line for youth ages 13-24 run by youth, for youth. Call or text Monday-Friday 5pm to 10pm.
