Hello! My name is Tiffany Salvato, and I’m excited to serve as the Instructional Coach at Cedar Hill School. It’s a privilege to work alongside such a dedicated team of educators, wonderful students, and an incredibly supportive school community.

In my role as Instructional Coach, I support both teachers and students by fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. I am passionate about working with adult learners and building strong coaching relationships that empower educators to reflect, grow, and innovate in their instructional practice.

I assist teachers with planning and implementing standards-based lessons that integrate research-based pedagogy, support differentiation, and utilize effective technology tools. I also help analyze student data to drive instruction and promote student achievement. Additionally, I design and lead professional development that is relevant, job-embedded, and focused on our schoolwide instructional goals.

Beyond coaching, I oversee our school's testing programs, coordinate Basic Skills Instruction (BSI), and support our Gifted & Talented (G&T) programming—ensuring that all students receive the resources and opportunities they need to succeed and excel.

I’m here to promote a strong instructional focus throughout our school and to support every teacher and student on their learning journey. I look forward to a great year of learning and growth together!
