IMPORTANT GRADUATION REMINDERS FOR THE MTHS CLASS OF 2025 (INDOOR CEREMONY)

Because of poor weather conditions forecasted for later this afternoon, the Graduation Ceremony for the Class of 2025 will take place indoors. The ceremony will take place in the main gymnasium, with additional seating available in the auditorium. Specific details are provided below:

Graduation Tickets: Students received their graduation tickets at rehearsal earlier today. Please use 2 WHITE (barcoded, single-use) tickets for family seating in the bleachers of the main gym, and 4 GREEN tickets for family seating in the auditorium (livestream). Handicapped seating is limited in the main gym, but ALL guests in the main gym must use one of the two barcoded tickets to enter.

Graduation Arrival for Students: Students participating in graduation are expected to arrive at MTHS no later than 6:00 p.m. Once on campus, students should report directly to their check-in location. The graduation processional starts promptly at 7:00 p.m.

General and Handicapped Parking: For the indoor ceremony, one half of the FRONT parking lot will be used for handicap parking, and the rear lot will be used for public parking. A limited number of spaces are available in the rear lot. Please refer to prior communication regarding other parking availability.

VIP Guests: For the indoor ceremony, there is no VIP seating

Graduation Livestream: Tune into Montville Township Public Schools YouTube page on Thursday, June 19 at 7:00 p.m. to view the live stream of the MTHS Class of 2025 Graduation Ceremony. You can also click on this friendly url on the evening of graduation, www.montville.net/mthsgraduation.

Graduation Pictures: GradImages.com will be taking pictures of each student as they receive their diploma. Shortly after graduation, you can go to www.gradimages.com or view or purchase the pictures.

Flowers/T-Shirt: Graduation flowers and a t-shirt with every graduate’s name will be available for purchase at the ceremony.

Please NOTE the following PARKING NOTICE from the Montville Twp. Police Department: If you are planning to park behind the Montville Township Public Library for the MTHS Graduation Ceremony (6/19/25 at 7PM), DO NOT PARK on the LEFT SIDE of the field. PARK ONLY on the RIGHT SIDE of the field. Due to soft conditions on the left side of the hill behind the public library, the Montville Twp. Police have established a POLICE LINE to the left. DO NOT CROSS THE POLICE LINE.
