Superintendent
I am honored to serve the Montville Township School District as Superintendent. I have been involved in school administration since 1981 having served as a local district business administrator, county school business administrator, county superintendent of schools, assistant superintendent for curriculum and instruction and superintendent of schools in various school districts along with a decade of employment with the New Jersey Department of Education. My previous role was superintendent for the Long Hill Township School District (Morris County) where I served from July 2008 to June 2015. I began my career in education as a teacher of French at the middle and high school levels.
I am a graduate of Gettysburg College, Montclair State University, Nova Southeastern University and, Rutgers University. I am married to my high school sweetheart and we are the parents of two adult children, a son, and a daughter. My personal interests include traveling and competitive running.
I was named the Morris County Superintendent of the Year for 2016-2017.
