Degrees and Certifications:

Mrs. Malloy

I am celebrating my 5th year as a Spanish teacher. I have taught all levels and ages, but my favorite age to teach is Elementary School. I was born and raised in NJ by my parents who are Colombian and Ecuadorian. It was their love of the Spanish language and culture that led me to my dream of becoming a Spanish Teacher!

  • Bienvenidos a nuestra clase de español.

We use Rockalingua frequently in our classroom so please take a look at their website! Students especially enjoyed the 1-10 video and the 1-50! Rockalingua You Tube channel

We listen to pop in Spanish in our classroom and our students really love "Mi Gente" by J. Balvin (the version without Beyonce). If they ask you about it, it's a popular song even in the United States. The song is about how music is for everyone and for everyone to enjoy!
