Any organization wishing to utilize any district facilities must complete an Application for Use of School Facilities. This form may be obtained by contacting the Business Office at (973) 331-7100 ext. 2231.
Organizations seeking approval to use district facilities are also required to complete an Organization Permit and a Use and Occupancy Agreement.
Organizations must also obtain and maintain insurance naming the user and the Board as an additional insured for general liability insurance covering the premises and all activities conducted, and including coverage for contractual liability, in coverage amounts of not less than $1,000,000 combined single limit. The user must furnish the Board with certificates of insurance as required.
