Mr. Guarino earned his B.A. in History and a minor in Secondary Education from Saint Peter's College in 2007.  He obtained a M.A. in Education in 2011 from The College of New Jersey and a M.A. in Educational Leadership in 2016 from Montclair State University.  Mr. Guarino began his teaching career at Montville Twp High School in January of 2009.  In addition to teaching, Mr. Guarino has served as the Head Bowling coach, assistant baseball coach, and assistant tennis coach.

Mr. Guarino has also enjoyed being part of the football program - coaching at the Freshman, JV, and Varsity levels.  Currently, he holds his Supervisor and Principal certificates for the State of NJ.

Mr. Guarino began his Director's role in January of 2018.  He is looking forward to pursuing a Certified Athletic Administrators accreditation from the National Interscholastic Athletic Administrators' Association.
