For the 19/20 school year, WMHSA will again offer hot lunch through our own online ordering system. Lunches will be provided on a weekly basis from quality local vendors. Offerings each day are a la carte including sides. We do not offer milk for purchase with the program, so if you would like to order milk for your child, please be sure to order it through the school milk program at the start of the year.

Payments can be made online only with a credit card or through your PayPal account. Once payments are received in the system, you will be given access to print lunch tickets, which you must send to school with your child on the day they have ordered lunch.
Emails will be sent out each month when the ordering cycles are open and closed. All orders must be in the system and paid for by the end date in the cycle. Any unpaid orders after the deadline will be deleted from the system.
- Any days that we will not offer lunch will be blocked out in the online ordering calendar
- In the event of a snow day, you will receive a credit in your online account if you have ordered for that day.
- If you need any information regarding ingredients or food choices from our vendors, please contact the Hot Lunch committee.
We will be sending out an email at the start of the year to set up a volunteer schedule. If you are not currently in Membership Toolkit (our email communication system), please be sure to include yourself in that system so you will receive all volunteer information and reminders regarding hot lunch – new families will receive a special email to register for Membership Toolkit before the start of school.
