Please read this notice carefully and in its entirety – it contains a lot of necessary information for our new general ordering online. All payments must be received within two (2) days of placing the order or your order will be removed from the system. HERE IS A LISTING OF ALL OF THE ITEMS THAT YOU CAN PURCHASE THROUGH OUR NEW GENERAL ORDERING SYSTEM – Please pay careful attention to deadline dates 1. PTA Membership - Dues are $10. In addition, you will receive a copy of Woodmont’s Who’s Who Student Directory and a refrigerator magnet with a school calendar. Your dues support the PTA’s efforts during the school year to the benefit of all of Woodmont’s students and in no way obligates you to work on any committee or activity unless you choose to. Extra Copy of Who’s Who – you can purchase an extra copy of the Who’s Who to keep in the office or in the car for $3.00 once you have paid your PTA membership. Discount Coupon Books
– both Entertainment and Kidstuff books. Sample
copies will be available in the office and during back-to-school
night on Thursday, September 20. The books offer hundreds of
coupons on restaurants, activities and shopping. Our school earns a

The choices are Plain or Cinnamon Raisin Bagels with Cream Cheese, Butter or Nothing on it. Your child also has the opportunity to purchase apple juice or water. You may purchase bagels and/or a drink for either the whole year or for half the year. DEADLINE FOR PURCHASE IS FRIDAY, OCTOBER 5. For those wanting to purchase for the second half of the year, ordering will reopen in December and the deadline will be December 21. 6. ICE CREAM COUPONS – coupons are 50 cents each and can be ordered in quantities of 10, 20, 30, and 40 coupons. Ice Cream Coupons will be available throughout the year. Contact: Sharon Leitgeb 404-8828 (csecleitgeb@optonline.net)
7. FREE TEE SHIRTS FOR KINDERGARTEN, NEW STUDENTS, AND NEW TEACHERS - The Woodmont PTA provides to each kindergartener, new student, and new teacher a FREE Woodmont School t-shirt to be worn for field trips, Field Day, school spirit events, and our Walk-a-thon. If you are new to Woodmont, please order your child’s shirt under the section: New Student Tee Shirts. DEADLINE IS FRIDAY, OCTOBER 5. Contact: Carol Palma 882-6506 (palmamj@aol.com)
8. REPLACEMENT TEE SHIRTS - The PTA also offers the opportunity to purchase tee shirts for family members or for children who may have outgrown or soiled their shirts from prior years. During many of our family and special events, parents wear our School Spirit shirts. You may want to consider purchasing one for yourself or for any younger siblings who may also be at school during some of our special events throughout the year. DEADLINE IS FRIDAY, OCTOBER 5. Contact Carol Palma 882-6506 (palmamj@aol.com) 9. SHOP RITE GIFT CARDS – Purchase Shop Rite Gift Cards from the Woodmont School PTA. We earn 5% for each gift card. The moreyou shop, the more we earn! These gift cards make excellent holiday and thank you gifts! Once on Montville.net, you need to click on Woodmont School, then PTA and then the General Order link. An order form will appear when you click on the link on the bottom of the instructions page on the PTA website. The directions listed below are also on the website.

6. To make any changes to your order: You will also notice in the top right corner you have been assigned an access code for your order. You can use this code to change your order or if you need to reprint your tickets. You can only modify your order prior to our receiving payment and prior to the close of the ordering period. If you have paid for your order and need to change your order before the close of the order period, please contact Carol Palma. When making changes: Just enter your access code and click “go.” Please do NOT retype your child’s name and hit view; this action will result in two orders being processed.

The Woodmont PTA is pleased to announce that we have online payment capabilities. PaySchool allows you to make general order payments on line via your credit card. Here is how it works: After submitting your general merchandise order, click on Make an Online Payment. You will be taken to the PaySchool website. The first time you access PaySchool, you will be asked to create a username and password. After you login, simply select the item(s) you wish to purchase then choose to pay by credit card. To make your purchase by credit card, enter the account number and expiration date for your VISA, MasterCard or Discover credit card. After you complete your purchase, an e-mail confirmation and receipt will immediately be sent to you. PaySchools uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, requires passwords throughout the program, and does not store personal bank or credit card information to ensure privacy and security for users. There are fees associated with using PaySchools. The fee schedule is as follows:
PaySchools also allows you to set up a family account and pay for all your children at one time. How? Place the 1st order, submit, view tickets and print tickets. Note your total amount owed. Place your second order, note your total amount owed then hit online payment, log into your Payschools account and enter the combined amount of your childrens’ orders. Finish the payment process.
Remember- paying online is not required. You may still send in your check via your child's backpack in an envelope marked “Woodmont PTA – General Orders.”
