Oh, |
those lazy, hazy days of summer have arrived at last! Another successful year at Woodmont School has drawn to a happy conclusion.
June was a very busy month at Woodmont, filled with field trips, awards assemblies, Move Up, Kindergarten Orientation, a wonderful Volunteer Appreciation Dinner, and end of the year parties. Many thanks to the staff and to all the parents who worked so hard to make all these events successful and enjoyable for the children.
For the past five years, I have had the honor and pleasure of serving the Woodmont community as principal. I have enjoyed working with our incomparable staff every day, and watching your children learn and grow. Thank you to everyone who has supported me in this venture. My best wishes go out to those students and families who are moving forward to Lazar. I will always remember my years at Woodmont fondly. I am confident that our superlative staff will continue to work with the new principal to maintain the effective instructional practices and the supportive, nurturing learning community that characterize Woodmont School.
I wish you all peace, happiness, and fulfillment. God Bless!
