    The Valley View Winter concert was a big hit.  The students and parents were treated to a wonderful show with singing and instruments.  Thank you to Mrs. Wilczynski, Mrs. Scharf, and Mr. Ketay for doing such a wonderful job!  The picture above is the 5th grade chorus performing.

    The front entrance of Valley View look beautiful all decorated for the holidays.  There are a total of five holidays represented in the front lobby along with a little background of each tradition.  Happy Holidays.

    Students in Ms. Sue’s Preschool PM Class recently utilized their problem solving and critical thinking skills to participate in a team STEM challenge to construct a tree. After listening to the story of A Wish to be a Christmas Tree by Colleen Monroe, teams were provided with various materials to construct their tree. Teams also presented and discussed their projects to the class.

  • star Mr. Larkin received a letter from the Interfaith Food Pantry thanking Valley View’s for our donation of 667 Pounds of Food!!!!  Congratulations to John Larkin, 4 time NYC Marathon Runner, and Sandy Faranda, 1 time NYC Marathon Runner, and our generous students and families who accepted Valley View’s annual 26.2 Miles for 26 Days of Giving Challenge to benefit the Morris County Interfaith Food Pantry.   667 POUNDS of non-perishable food items were picked up on Monday, November 7 by Mr. Ken of the Interfaith Food Pantry who is pictured on Valley View’s website with John Larkin and Sandra Faranda. Thank you to all of our families, students, and staff for thinking of others during this month of Thanksgiving!  Dr. Patricia Kennedy. Principal
