This year you will be entering a state-of-the-art technology/engineering
lab that, if used correctly, will become a key factor to your overall
learning of math, science, history, reading, writing, and critical
thinking. Think about it as a class that is a combination of most
of your other classes, but we apply everything to real-life, contextual
things and do it in a fun, hands-on, self-exploratory way. This
is not your ordinary class!
Parents and
students, click on "Tech Ed Modules" to see what is taking place
in class. You can see what is being learned at each
station, and you could also listen to Podcasts that some
students created. These Podcasts give a short summary
about each station.
If you want to see who some of the top performers
in class are, click on "Hall of Records." On the
Hall of Records page, you could also listen to tons of
student-created audio files. Some are song remixes, some
talk about their time here at Lazar, while others created their
own radio advertisement.
Click on
"Videos" to see some neat videos that relate to what we are
doing in class. Feel free to send me the links to other
videos that you find so I can add them! Any videos/links
you send that are relevant to class will count as extra credit
towards your participation grade.
Finally, check out
the "Links" page and explore some cool sites that I found on the
Web. I will try to update this website regularly, so
bookmark it and come back often!
